As shown in Table 3 below, the DREAMS Project made significant progress towards achieving PEPFAR targets during its four years of implementation from 2017 to 2021, with most program indicators surpassing the cumulative targets. In FY18, our DREAMS community-based interventions achieved 108% of annual targets for the PP_PREV_AG indicator and 105% of annual targets for the AGYW under Gender Norms indicator. Furthermore, 110% of the targeted adolescent boys (AB) were reached under PP_PREV. In FY19/COP18, 107% of the targeted AGYW were reached under PP_PREV; and 96% of annual OVC_SERV targets were attained. In FY20, the project recorded an achievement of 71% of annual targets for providing the primary package to adolescent girls (AG) aged 9-14 years, 68% for AGs aged 15-19 and 101% for AGs aged 20-24. In the final year of project implementation, the community-based interventions surpassed annual targets with the primary package for ages 15-19 and ages 20-24, recording 101% and 108% respectively. That year, under the ES_COMP_AGYW indicator for ages 15-19 and ages 20-24, the project reached 95% and 103% of annual targets, respectively. In addition, the project attained 82% of the FY21/COP20 target for AG aged 10-14 served with the orphans and vulnerable children (OVC) package (OVC_SERV 10-14 AG) and 70% of the target for AB aged 10-14 served with the OVC package (OVC_SERV 10-14 AB). The project surpassed the education subsidies target, at 101%.
