Zimbabwe Health Interventions (ZHI) has experience in financial management of PEPFAR funded projects.  ZHI is currently providing financial oversight and organizational development of its resource partners. ZHI can build organizational and financial capacity of local civil society organizations, local non-governmental organizations, and religious organizations in the following areas financial policies, systems procedures, development proposal and annual budget development, budget monitoring, financial reporting and analysis. ZHI ensures that local organizations achieve financial management, and donor satisfaction. This is done through the provision of oversight in the implementation of effective internal control systems to safeguard donor funds against fraud and misuse and by training local organizations on compliance and financial donor rules and regulations.
