ZHI provides technical assistance to MOHCC at all levels of care. At the national level, ZHI supports the development and review of health policies, strategies, guidelines, and the rational deployment of national-level resources. ZHI supported the updating of guidelines for HIV Prevention, Testing and Treatment of HIV in Zimbabwe, Operational service delivery manual (OSDM) and Cervical cancer Prevention and Treatment Guidelines among others. At provincial level, ZHI ensures expedited translation of policies into implementation. In the event of adoption of new national guidelines, ZHI ensures the expedited rollout of the guidelines by building the capacity of health workers at all levels. ZHI ensures implementation fidelity through mentorship, site support supervision, and data quality audits.
